Munster Donuts is a staple in Munster, Indiana. All of their donuts are baked fresh in their store, a refreshing change of pace from what Dunkin donuts now does. And of course, the taste is dramatically different. They taste fresher, better, and frankly I think they're bigger, and have a taste that Dunkin donuts can't match. Dunkin is OK, but nothing like fresh donuts made daily under roof. You can stand inside and watch them make the donuts. Service is pretty good, the place is always clean and neat, perhaps the seating area is a bit dated, but maybe that's just nostalgia. Give them a try, worth going out of the way for. Open 24 hours.

The donuts are delicious... the customer service sucks. It was my first time going and I was so excited so when the lady waited on me I told her it was my first she just looked and didn’t say anything but I will say this I don’t like to pay the race card but she did seem to tend to the white customer a lot more. I would go again only if I felt comfortable

Made fresh everyday. The cinammon twist are delicious. Excellent friendly staff. The inside is cozy with a few bar stools at the counter and few tables.

They have the best donuts. Love their brownies with nuts. So delicious. The cupcakes are also so good. I like the ones with chocolate frosting. Both with yellow or chocolate cake. I prefer chocolate. Their other donuts are good. Everything is made fresh. They do their own baking there in the store. If you like donuts, this is the place to go.

I'm 57 years old and I remember going here when I was a kid. We lived close at the time I just stopped in again today same great donuts. 1000% better then Dunkin donuts and a buck or more cheaper a dozen. A place you must go don't miss out

My daughter and I have been going here since they reopened on fridays to buy Donuts I have never had a problem with this place before But recently they have been taking my card in due To Covid19 and 1 of the workers took down my card information and made a FRAUDULENT charge! I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN ! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DEBIT CARDS GOING IN. There is enough going on with this world! these people that work here are lucky enough to have jobs. Why are they stealing from customers ??!

The donuts are fresh and made on site. The variety is large. Every time we have been there, people are waiting to pick up boxes of these tasty treats to go. Regulars sit at the counter and service is friendly and efficient. We have been patronizing Munster Donuts for decades!

I got there n I called to order and the girl wasn't sure of what they had. She came outside and said she didn't have 4 of what I had .So I picked out 4 other ones. Got home n they were not the ones I wanted at least 4 of them werent.Did the donuts go theywere up in price? I got 6 of them they were 6.84

If you want great donuts Munster Donuts is a must. The donuts are made on site and you can definitely tell the difference. Every employee I dealt with here was very friendly and helpful. There prices are very reasonable and it’s quick to get your donut fix. I can’t speak for the coffee here because I haven’t tried it but donuts I do recommend.

This place is nothing shy of amazing! Everytime I come to Chicago I must make a Munster donut run! Donuts are made hot and fresh constantly and the quality is out of the world. I love it along with the service.

This place has great donuts! Call ahead and order a bunch and they'll make them fresh for you. They are a little pricy but worth it for the occasional sweet binge. 😊

The best freshly made doughnuts in the Midwest. They are very good. I would recommend that if you are in the area to try them out. You will not be disappointed.

They have the best donuts made on site you will find in this corporate sham of a country now. I was disappointed that they ran out off sugar raised donuts. The coffee is fine but the cookies and baked goods are much better. Enjoy the cafe style seating but go early cause parking is sparse.

Service is horrible. You can’t go inside they tell you to look on website for donuts to order. Donuts I wanted was not available so I asked what donuts are available she precedes to tell me to look on website but donuts available on website aren’t the same still available in the store. Terrible service the young lady on the phone didn’t not want to do her job, I asked her to explain what they still have available she was not helpful at all. Will never return.

YOU MUST VISIT THIS PLACE! The toasted coconut is a must! Way better than the chains as they are mad right in the same building you are buying them!

I'm shocked this isn't rated at 5.0... but then again some people like to complain just to feel better about themselves. I'll guess the 1 star reviews are all by women named Karen who want to see the manager. I get these every year for my birthday and share them at work. Everyone raves how they are the best donuts. I drove out of my way, 22 miles, for what I thought would be great donuts. I had them years before and they were very good. These were awful. I purchased a dozen tough, flavorless donuts. Even my kids wouldn't eat them. Waste of time and money.

I stopped here once on a road trip a few months ago and I can't stop thinking about this place. I'm not a fatty either. I'm fit and active but I do have a discriminate sweet tooth and this place, it's off the charts.

Stopped by on my way home, they were getting ready to close for repairs but welcomed me in anyway. Quite possibly the best donuts I've ever had! I brought them to school and the teachers appreciated them. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in Indiana.

The donuts here are awesome, love the different varieties of donut flavors! You know they're fresh when you see the donuts being made right in front of you. Only thing I wish, is that they had Apple Fritters and Cinnamon Rolls available every morning around 4:30am.

I've had many different donuts from all over the country and I can say without a doubt that Munster Donuts is the best I've ever had, and really reasonably priced too! Their cake donuts are so perfect with an exterior that has just the right amount of crunch and the inside is just so fluffy and delicious. Their yeast donuts are even better believe it or not. Moist, airy, and so tasty. If you haven't tried their strawberry iced donuts you are doing yourself a disservice. If you're looking to pick up some donuts in the Munster area, it is worth skipping Dunkin Donuts for the real quality you'll find here.

Best donuts I have had from a little shop. A friend and I came through 2 days ago to see the monastery nearby. Fresh soft donuts and fast services for having to keep distance for the pandemic. If I ever stop by Munster Indiana again I'll definitely be getting some more from them 😊
